The inaugural Electric Daisy Carnival in NYC was a success. I could go on a review the stages, the lineups, the artists, and the costumes, but this post is going to be AVB specific. So, after his set at Ultra back in March, I feel like a lot of EDM fanatics started listening to Armin more and more. That also meant that there would be more trance music being listened to. Closing on Saturday, in his own sponsored A State of Trance (ASOT) stage, Armin played a set like I’ve never seen before. Not once did he stopbringing the energy. The crowd felt that, and there was a clear connection between everyone in the crowd and the performer it seemed. Words cannot continue to describe this one of a kind performance from this one of a kind producer. If you are to see only one artist ever, see Armin van Buuren.
