I would like to introduce you to Markets and Dwellers, a band that I have had the pleasure of watching grow and develop their own unique sound style and playing since I graduated from high school. Markets and Dwellers is an indie rock group that started in Northern Delaware in the fall of 2011. Through member challenges and group readjustment, Kyle Trask (Lead Vocals/Guitar), Drew Rush (Vocals/Guitar), Joshua Yost (Vocals/Bass), Evan Stout (Drums) have grown into their own sound. They’ve released several EP’s with their most recent being “Morning Rabbit, Morning Cub”. A seven song EP, I’ve really enjoyed listening to their upbeat feel good track “Lay My Head” and the slower, more relaxed track “Lion’s Roar”.
