So about a year ago now I introduced some of you to Dumbfoundead, a Korean-American rapper hailing from LA. He has made quite a journey, going from battling on the streets, to releasing some free mixtapes, to releasing an album on iTunes and getting a lot of positive attention from it.

And with his newest album Take the Stares, he is poised to make some noise.

Again, this guy is someone who I personally am hoping breaks into the big time, but seems to still be just getting buzz in the Korean community and LA rap community. However, being recognized highly in the LA rap community is huge.

Dumbfoundead is the rapper for someone who wants some more lyrical flow, and a chiller bass line. Definitely not afraid to mention weed in his lyrics, he is a guy who has that chill vibe.

As far as the album, I believe it is on par with a lot of his previous stuff, which I am a big fan of. I think this guy will be having a bright future if he keeps it up.
