After Armin’s “experiment” with the ‘Whose Afraid of 138′ stage at his closing party for ASOT600, he’s released a preview of the track ‘Whose Afraid of 138′ off his 5th album ‘Intense’ that will have trance lovers rejoicing worldwide. A return to the roots of trance is what many trance family are seeking, rekindling the sound that once was from the early 2000s that I am still trying to truly understand having missed out being so young. The pulsating beats and magical melody of a true instrumental trance song, this may be one of my favorites off the album thus far. Check it out below for yourself!

Two weekends of Ultra in the books and they were by far the most memorable weekends of our lives. For a first festival, I am glad I chose Ultra Music Festival in beautiful South Beach, Miami. I feel it gave an accurate depiction of the direction electronic dance music is taking in the United States as it becomes more mainstream and what better way then to see my favorite dj in the entire universe, Armin van Buuren close out Weekend 1 in spectacular fashion by playing an incredibly memorable main stage set where he premiered the W&W remix of his new single, This Is What It Feels Like featuring live vocals from Trevor Guthrie.
