So I had never heard about the EuroVision Song Contest until very recently, but it sounds like one awesome event. All the countries in Europe nominate artists who go forth and perform a song in a huge competition to crown the best song in Europe. All sorts of musical styles are represented with many languages being used as well. This years winner was Loreen, the representative from Sweden with the song Euphoria.

The song is infectious and upbeat, invoking euphoric feelings. It has the feel of one of the big house tracks now a days combined with the vocal styling of someone like Celine Dion. Its definitely a track I could see gaining some traction in the US. Also, this song was the second highest scoring song ever in the competition, the first being Fairytale, from 2009, which you can check out below
