Okay so if you don’t know who Cryptex is yet, you need to get on this dude ASAP. This track will definitely show you why. He takes all the songs sampling Etta James and mashes them together with his epic glitch-step style. The drops are so heavy and so dirty. Definitely a MUST DOWNLOAD. Jam out and rage on my friends.
Straight off of Skrillex’s OWSLA label comes KOAN Sound. A dub/glitchstep group with one of the most unique sounds i’ve heard in a while. This is probably one of my favorite tracks by them. The strums of the bass guitar and steady snare drum throughout the song add a touch of soul to this song, which is what i feel makes this so original. They truly live up to the “Funk” sound in this track. I’m pretty pumped to see what else these guys have in store for us. Enjoy and as always, rage on my friends.
