Your Guide to Made In America Festival Weekend

With Made In America coming up this weekend here in Philadelphia, there are tons of parties before and after the Festival. Having so many artists coming to the city of “brotherly love” of course some of them are going to stick around for some after parties. So below is a list of different events (with links) going on this week and right after Made In America for people to keep partying when MIA ends. Don’t forget to figure out when each artist is playing this weekend at the Festival! (Click here for set times) Catch My Bass will be partying all week and so should you!

Just like my last Olympics song post about Home by Phillip Phillips and USA Gymanstics, this is the second best song I’ve heard during the games. Coming from a BMW ad advertising its new line of cars, the song has a dubstepy feel to it, but I guess thats just the buzzing noise they use. It also has a catchy melody and I cant get it out of my head. So if other people have been looking for it, here it is

Trey Songz ft T.I. – 2 Reasons (Official Video)

I wish this song could play every time I show up to a party. This is one of the most straight forward and honest songs and I absolutely love it. Trey Songz just letting everybody know why the fuck he came, and T.I. dropping some hot bars to complete the track. If Trey keeps putting out tracks like this, I might have to buy Chapter V when it comes out August 21st.

Tinchy Stryder ft. Pixie Lott – Bright Lights (Good Life)

So i stumbled upon this track while i was watching the Giants manhandle the falcons and i must say im really digging this influx of talent from the UK recently. Tinchy stryder took a bit to grow on me but the more i listen to this track the more i love it. Of course, the fact that Pixie Lott has such a beautiful voice and is so goddamn gorgeous certainly helps. Seriously, watch the Official Music Video, jaw dropping. But anyways download this track and jam out.

XV- The Kick (Official Video)

We have been talking about XV a lot here at CMB, and rightfully so. Not too long ago Vizzy released ‘The Kick’. The song was well received and the Inception sample gave listeners something familiar to relate to. XV finally released the visuals to this joint, and the video follows the same Inception theme.
